The Carribean and Overseas Circulatory Support Mobile Unit (CSMU) of the University Hospital of Martinique (CHU de Martinique) has been designed for any air transfer (military aircraft; private jet, helicopters and commercial airline) of critically sick patients on ECMO support coming out from all the Caribbean Area, French Guadeloupe and French Guyana. The Unit is also providing more and more Overseas transfer to France for well enough stabilized patients using Commercial Airlines whenever Emergency Heart Transplant would be required
